Dan was raised on a farm near Armstrong, IA. and went on to spend 6.5 years in the US Marine Corps, and US Air Force. Dan did further studies at Waldorf College, University of North Dakota, and University of Nebraska at@ Omaha. While studying for Business Administration Major, he took courses in Real Estate Finance and Marketing. Jay was born and raised in the Deephaven area. In the summer of 1968 Jay moved with his family to Boston. After completing high school in Sudbury, Massachusetts, Jay received his BS degree in business administration from Bentley College in Boston. He returned to Minnesota to run the family business after completing his studies.

For 27 years he owned and operated Positive Stroke Art Supply in Wayzata and Framing Concepts in Brooklyn Park. After closing those businesses, Jay began investing in his own properties. Discovering he had a passion for real estate led him to pursuing his own real estate license.

Bryan began his career in banking in Bemidji, Minnesota, and in 2001, he moved to Minneapolis. In 2002, he accepted a private banking position with U.S. Trust Company, a highly affluent wealth management company. The following year, he transitioned to the title industry and later began working with 1031 exchanges. Bryan joined Commercial Partners Exchange Company, LLC in 2005 as Vice President.
